XEOS EXPANDING TO MAINTAIN SUPERIOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Xeos Technologies continues to grow, adding two new positions to enhance their customers’ experience. The small, integrated team at Xeos has long been able to provide high quality pre and post-sales support. As the company grows, it has become clear that additional support is required to make sure that all customers continue to experience the same level of high quality service.

Sherry Chambers, taking on the new post of Office Executive Assistant, joins Xeos from Cobham Surveillance. Sherry worked at Cobham (originally Orion Electronics) for over 16 years. She began in 1998 as Marketing Communications Specialist and worked her way up to Sales Operations Manager, as part of a competitive sales team that helped the company grow from $4M to over $40M. Part of that team’s success was its continued emphasis on extraordinary customer support. Xeos welcomes Sherry and looks forward to her input and experience.

Alex Pelger joins Xeos in the post of Production and Engineering Support. This new position is designed to ensure that all technical documentation, specifications and user documents are held to a high standard for consistency in the user experience. Alex is a qualified Electronic Engineering Technologist and has held positions at P2 Innovations, NSCC and Porter Services. Xeos welcomes Alex’s enthusiasm and attention to detail.
